Concert organisers Paul Byrne and Eugene Connolly commented: “This is our 5th ‘A Night For’ show and it keeps getting better year on year. We always try to span the decades and musical genres with our selection of performers and there’s a great balance between new and older established acts this year.”

This is the second ‘A Night for’ concert in aid of Aware, and aims to encourage conversation around mental health, while raising much needed funds for Aware’s nationwide support, education and information services. Proudly supported by Cadbury, tickets are now on sale for just €28 from www.ticketmaster.ie and Ticketmaster outlets nationwide.

Commenting at today’s launch, Gerry O’Brien, Head of Fundraising and Business Development at Aware, said; “We are delighted to have been chosen as charity partner for the second year running, following a very successful and enjoyable concert last year. With one in ten experiencing depression in Ireland, we all know someone who has been impacted - whether directly ourselves, a family member, a friend or a colleague. Events like this offer the opportunity to start that conversation, while raising vital funds to ensure that we can continue to deliver our free of charge services nationwide, services that make a real difference in people’s lives. We would like to thank Cadbury for their ongoing support, the concert organizers and the artists who are generously donating their time and talents to support Aware.”

Speaking about Cadbury’s support of Aware, Eoin Kellett, Managing Director at Mondel├ęz Ireland, said; “We have worked with Aware since 2016 and we are very proud of our association with them and the work that they do. We are delighted to be able to support this initiative again this year as it reflects Cadbury’s founding spirit of generosity and real moments. We are hoping to be able to give back to those who need it most through our partnership with Aware and bring a smile to the faces of those attending as they enjoy a wonderful night of music, all for a great cause.”
