Two-time GRAMMY® Award winning, acclaimed singer-songwriter and The Smashing Pumpkins frontman, Billy Corgan has announced a solo tour in Europe hitting Paris, Dublin, Bucharest and more. This includes a fully seated Olympia Theatre show on Wednesday 19th June.

The fees for this event include a €1.00 restoration levy. The restoration levy will allow The Olympia Theatre to invest in maintaining and enhancing the theatre to ensure that it continues to consistently deliver the highest quality experience for theatre goers, actors, performers & producers.

Under 14's must be accompanied by an adult. Standing tickets are recommended only for those over 14 years of age. Over 18's ID required to gain access to the bars where alcohol is served. 

Approximate stage times as follows: doors open 7pm, special guest Katie Cole due on stage around 7.30pm, with Billy Corgan's first set due to start at 8.30pm. There will be a break and then his second set will be around 9.50pm. We expect the show to be over around 11pm.

This summer, Corgan will embark on a solo acoustic European tour that kicks off on June 17 in Glasgow, Scotland and wraps up on July 8th in Bucharest, Romania. These intimate performances will see Corgan perform songs from The Smashing Pumpkins, Zwan, WPC, and more. A complete list of tour dates and ticket information can be found HERE.

In fall of 2017, Billy Corgan embarked on a solo tour across North America that included stops in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, San Francisco and more. Billy released his second solo album, Ogilala.  on October 13, 2017; it is available everywhere HERE via BMG. The album, produced by Rick Rubin and recorded at Shangri La studios in Malibu, CA, presents Corgan's distinctive vocals and melodies across a sparse, but rich palette of acoustic guitar, piano, and strings.

William Patrick Corgan is a singer, songwriter, producer, and frontman of celebrated alternative rock band The Smashing Pumpkins. Formed in Chicago, IL in 1988, the band released their heralded debut album Gish in 1991 and found mainstream success with 1993’s 4x multi-platinum Siamese Dream and 1995’s 10x multi-platinum Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness. Following the band’s 2000 dissolution, Corgan helmed the alternative rock band Zwan before releasing his debut solo album TheFutureEmbrace and reforming The Smashing Pumpkins in 2005. With over 30 million albums sold, the MTV Video Music Award, American Music Award, and two-time GRAMMY ┬« award winning band remains one of the most influential alternative bands of all time.
